....let us shine on Florida's Treasure Coast!
A distinction is made here between:
-Building rough cleaning
-Construction fine cleaning
During the rough cleaning, packaging and construction residues are removed and surfaces are left swept clean. Dirt which can damage surfaces (e.g. metal chips) is vacuumed up.
The final final cleaning includes the dedusting of all surfaces, removal of paint and varnish residues, peeling off protective film and many other final cleaning work.
Talk to our specialists whether coverings should be coated, sealed or cared for. The window cleaning with stick, frame and rebate should also be done carefully to avoid consequential damage to the glass. In the course of the cleaning, visible damage is logged and forwarded to the developer.
For a final final cleaning, it is advisable to start the final cleaning 24 hours after the end of construction, as dust needs time to settle.
